Any lawyer involved in this process had the chance to read on the Newspaper what the Judge who manage the Bankruptcy said not so long time ago.
He said he could even feel the intention to kill himself when he sees the amount of work to do and how poor are the weapons he has in this process (He is the 4th. Judge who pass throught this process).
No Public Servants enought, no chance to use the mail to notify everything, no computers enought, .... everything is doing in papers....
They are managing this matter with same structure they had before, even with less people.
How difficult is the answer to the client who has all his money in this hands!!

About the Bankruptcy Administration´s Report
Aifos Bankruptcy adiminitration published their report about the company, and the list of creditors.
More than 6000 people were waiting for this Report, but, after reading it, they will find that the Report contains lots of mistakes, and they were not in the Right position in the Creditor´s list.
Also, you can see that most of the information has been obtained from the information given from AIFOS at the beginning of the process, so you cannot trust on this information.
Ley 57 has presented a claim to give the report back to the Administrators, as we think they should do it again, and they should investigate about the company and where is the money they got in the last years. They should investigate about what Aifos did in the last 2 years, to see if anything was done against the law or against the creditors.
Also, Ley 57 has presented an individual complaint on our client´s behalf, to include their credit in the Right position of the list.
